Your #1 FanHenry Cowell State Park, Felton, CA

I applaud you for your daring.
I love that you let loose with a guffaw, when most would merely titter politely. Through their nose.
I giggle at the way people can't help but stop what they're doing and sneak a peak when you walk into a room. They feel you before they see you.
I admire your thoughts.
I'm inspired by your heart.
I'm awe struck by your talent and bask in the light of your soul.
I am... your #1 fan.
Elegance, AlwaysTruckee, CA

Her mother taught her to love movement
Her mentors taught her line and grace
Life taught her that elegance, always, felt the best.
Swords Heavenward!... or Emperor Penguins.
Nature makes the most gorgeous lines, doesn't she?
I marvel at her imagination.
Sometimes I see grand gestures; like here, a rousing "Swords to the heavens!" battle-cry.
In this case, I also see emperor penguins.
I think nature has a sense of humor.

Soloist
Her regal bearing, the slight tilt of her head and overall superlative posture created the initial double take. A modern cut on the Elizabethan collars of her form-fitted gowns capped it off.
Then there was that slight glow that seemed to accompany her wherever she went...

Sweet Lady Teasal knew her way around a first impression, no two ways about it.

She Packed So Neatly.
Facing her bright new future, she felt ready.
Open to possibilities.
Smiling in anticipation.
Her friends simply envied her mad packing skills.

Maui IceplantMaui, HI

Iceplants are interesting. They inspire fashion designers, hold their shape regardless of age or the weather, allow you to contemplate infinity and ponder the stillpoint, prick your finger if you manhandle them.

I aspire to be more like an iceplant.

Before the Crackle
This dry leaf was quiet. Humble. A whisper in the wind. Had I crushed it (accidentally or otherwise), it would have crackled into a thousand pieces and blown away without a word. But then I would have missed what it had to say. Y'know, that thing about how life is a treasure, about how an infinitely masterful design exists everywhere, in everything, at all times... and how death changes none of that. The Blueprint is all right there in plain sight.
